18 West Hastings

At approximately 270 square feet in size, the 18 West Hastings project’s 30 “micro-lofts” will be the smallest self-contained rental apartments in Vancouver. In a social-entrepreneur partnership, Reliance Properties and ITC Construction Group renovated the century-old Burns Block, located at 18 West Hastings.

The micro-loft, an innovative rental housing concept for Vancouver, will combine heritage restoration with the creation of much needed non-subsidized rental housing in the area.
